Sharing a Complaint or Concern

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone contacting Jasonlast Concrete should receive fair treatment. If your experience falls short, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a concern and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Report

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience with Jasonlast Concrete by telephone or message
  • How your personal information was used or handled
  • Website information that seems confusing or inaccurate
  • The behavior of a provider connected through this service

When Your Concern Involves a Provider

Providers in our network run independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. For concerns about work at your home, speak directly with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please also share the concern with Jasonlast Concrete. Your feedback helps support an honest network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. However, Jasonlast Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or represent a provider.

Details to Send

Email your complaint to contact@jasonlast.property. Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted Jasonlast Concrete or the provider
  • The telephone number or form used, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A brief account of the problem and the action you would like us to take

How Your Complaint Is Handled

You will receive an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that process. Our reply will explain the findings and any action we plan to take.

Asking for Another Review

If the reply leaves your concern unresolved, respond and request another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For matters involving licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
